Only unused goods that are free of defacements or malfunctions caused by non-human defects may be refunded.

Order paid by credit card : After successful return, the payment will be directly refunded to the credit card account with the original amount.
Order paid by cash on delivery: Once the return is confirmed, the refund fee will be transferred to the bank account you provided.
